APPRENTICE NURSERY NURSE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious person to embark on a journey with us to become a childcare professional. You will train and be supported in a well established superb setting. For more information click here

What you will do in your working day

  • Be involved in the day to day care of the children

  • Learn about the EYFS and how this can be used to educate children

  • Contribute to the care routine of the children on an individual basis 

The training you will be getting

Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Paragon Skills is a leading national Apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organisations

  • Paragon Skills has some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry. It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%

  • Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact. This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Potential to progress on to level 3 and/or become an Early Years teacher for the right candidate


NVQ LEVEL 2 AND 3 NURSERY NURSES

The nursery wishes to appoint NVQ Level 2 and 3 Nursery Nurses to join our thriving team.

The purpose of the role is to continue Fordfield's high standards of care for every child, in a way that develops their physical, social, emotional, intellectual and developmental needs.

We have a fabulous team, led by an established and supportive management who are always keen to employ good practitioners, they are the backbone of our nursery.
